    CT IS THE BEST INITIAL to rule out hemorrhagic stroke as both ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke present similarly , ct is must to differentiate before initiating therapy . However MRI. Is the most accurate for ischemic strokes

    Transthoracic echocardiogram/ transesophageal echocardiogram is the best initial and confirmatory test to see thrombus in heart
