All attestations should be done by 1 person (principle,professor of pmdc recognized medical college) , photos attached to the forms r attested from front and remaining 3 photos from back! ......

hi every one
really appreciate this forum .its too much help for students like us.

i want to tell some thing
plz add some thing to the list mentioned in this thread pmdc is now askng for the certificate in which it is written that u have studied in english language
and in this list its written 2 front pages of passport make it 4 . according to new form they require four front pages of passport
and being on safe side get attest ur 10 to 12 photos
some universities like mine dont give syllabus and a separate document for credit hour than its written on ur transcript
that would b enough

yeah they are asking it verbally . when i asked them on phone they told me to get my english langauge certificate and noc also
but in pmdc office they didnt ask for noc but english langauge certificate . ......

if they asked it verbally, then if u have u just provide otherwise simply u can say that I didn't see it in ur documents checklist so I didn't ask the university to provide it. What can be done now? They should have mentioned in the documents checklist. and I don't think that they are asking from every body? or is this requirement a new one? ......
