documents attestation issues

i have a problem here.ijust couldnt get my documents attested from the uae embassy and usa during my stay in china because of some issues but got the documents notarized and general attestation by the foreign office .now i am in trouble as to how to get it done as ......

Sorry to say but you need to notarize your docs from scratch one of my friend went to notary public but officer said he cannot upgrade general notarized docs to american anyways i will ask my friend to go ......
