The pattern is good but the duration is too long.the duration should not be exceed more than a month.

Dont u think that when u have taken an exam, in previous scenario, and u fail, u wud have to wait for 6 months for next attempt, right? and feel bored, and doing nothing the 1st month, just feeling sad about it, and 2nd month thinking on how to prep now, n start preparing from 3rd month or so...
in present scenario, u dont waste those 6 months, and keep preparing for ur next steps and the next exam approaches. So ,one wud not feel bored now :p and doesnt get much time to feel sad
well i m talking about if one fails, but according to present percentage, who knows who NOT fails :p ;)

WELL in previous exam if you get more marks in mcqs and less marks in seqs, you can paas the exam.it depends on ur preparations.i think everyone get 6 months for preparation after graduation. The one who graduate in july can get 6 months and the one who graduate in january does the same.

ya one gets 6 months, but has to take exam all at once, so making it more confusion for one self. Now it would not be as confusing as before.

I like the pattern but it's lengthy again. 20 SEQs from Basic Sciences is too much. Have to study harder than before in order to clear both step 1 and 2.

They really needed it really ? How ?
When 90% pass by bribes then why this drama ?
Is this for making the system right ?

To be honest it will not make any difference everything will be same as before (yes that 5 lakh stuff  ) they just divided for reasons which will benefit only them not students.

your whole point circles around BRIBE......think something other than that brother....if giving even more money to PMDC after dividing the subjects is a problem....then those people who are willing to give money should get their money ready.....not me and most of the students...unlike you.... who want to get through the exam by themselves
