MBBS from Pakistan and already in UK career advise is needed.

Hello everyone, i have completed my MBBS from UHS Lahore Pak last year and i am in UK living with my family so actually j want to pursue my career i have no idea where to start, i know ielts 7.5 is required for plab which is a big ask as there is no coaching in London. I found academy in London for plab though.
I came to know that MRCP is another option i can go for MRCP and i do not need ielts. Please advise as i am just a newbie. Moreover i did not complete house job in Pak. Please tell me an easy route to start my career in UK. Will appreciate your help.

If you want to do MRCP (UK), you will need to have training for MRCP and for that you need PLAB if you want to do training in UK. If you want to do training in Pakistan then you would need to do house job before that.
If you obtain MRCP qualification then you can be exempted from PLAB after applying for exemption in GMC.
Now, easiest route would be to pass PLAB and continue your career as a doc there.

 

Thanks for a detailed reply and it is very much helpful. I have already tried ielts twice and could reach till 7.0 bands. These two attempts costed me my housejob as well as i had to terminate my HJ and attempt/prepare ielts. I think doing mrcp in Pak after house job is the option i am considering. Coz plabs require ielts again. How long does mrcp takes in pak? Do i need to stay in Pak for the whole mrcp period or i can come in between? I am unable to find guidance in UK in this regards.
