name confusion

Hello dear members, it has always been nice to read the info i get from this very amazing forum. I just have a small query regarding the name. Im actually applying for imc but have some confusion regarding the name.
I have 3 word name like
Muhammad tufail khan and same is written on my degree but have only muhammad tufail written on my passport and nic. How do i fill the name column? Either i should write surname as khan or tufail or else should i write khan on my degree, and alternative;currently tufail as surname and forename as muhammad? Kindly suggest. Specially drwatson. Thankyou

 

I think best course would be to look at your degree and Passport.

Passport usually lists the name as it should be filled in forms.
And name should be exact same as degree so there is no objection.

I think it would be easier to get passport fixed than degree. If necessary...

 

Best to write name written on your degree. As @BHaider told you that passport can be fixed easily than the degree.
Muhammad as forename, khan as sur name, tufail as middle name would suit you.

 

Better get the name from ur passport..
