    Non listed and listed universities have difference of HSK, as in non listed one must has to pass HSK to get degree. HSK is not difficult for those who have interest in learning language.
    Fee is lower in non listed universities as compared to listed universities. ......

    fees would be different may be some one didn't update the fees. Other reason would be of contractors having set different fees. But usually there is one main contractor for a university so fees should be the same.
    I am only taking online applications. ......
