There are a few medical colleges who accept students below 60% FSC/Alevels. A friend of mine recently got admission in MMDC Multan Medical and dental college with 55% marks in FSC with heavy fee for about 15 lakhs instead of 7 lakhs which is the original fee. In the same way other universities like continental, UOL, LMDC gave admissions to students below 60% FSC.
In 2013 my senior friend got admission in LMDC without even completing his Alevels. The thing is that you can get into a private medical college if you have money and you might get a degree but without registration from PMDC I think its completely useless.
On the other hand I asked many people who are doing mbbs/bds below 60% fsc are so sure that PMDC will register their degrees after they pass the professional exams of UHS.
I myself got 60% below fsc and want to get into a medical college IF Im successful to get admission in MMDC or any other college Im just not sure if PMDC would register my degree or not. Its so confusing. If any of you know anything regarding registration please let me know.

Thanks for the information. This is a big corruption I should say, PMDC has set criteria that students with less than 60% marks in FSc are not eligible to sit in entry exam and thus are not able to get admission into MBBS or BDS.
I dont understand how those people would pass professional exams of UHS and get registration, If they do what about the rule of PMDC of 60% ??
The only way seems to work for these cases is to have PMDC bribed too to get themselves registered, or get fake certificates for FSc with more than 60 % marks and then present them to PMDC for registration.
Any one else knows about this matter is welcome to provide more insight into this.

Well I cannot comment on this particular matter ... But i would like to mention one thing to @fizzles... my intentions are not to discourage anyone .... but one must acknowledge that even though if they get the admission in particular university... it is not easy to complete those 5 years of medical studies .... it requires sheer dedication... hard work and loads and loads of study hours to be a doctor ... and the most important factor ... your INTEREST and willing to work towards your goal ..... So, just ask your self if you are willing to work hard and give in your 110%... or else you will end up quitting medical in between ...

Again ... i am not discouraging ... you can achieve anything in life with dedication and commitment ... regardless if you got 55% or 85% in FCS .... Wish you all the best ...

@Dr. Sania it's not the matter of discouragement but it's matter of rules.

If you have 60 percent marks in fsc pre medical and pmdc NOC before you leave Pakistan, you will be eligible to sit in pmdc exam.

Well, you could take admission in the private colleges of Pakistan. I would like to make you sure that you have to pay a huge amount of money in the private colleges.
