    How to register for provisional certificate for foreign graduates? can someone plz provide detailed info and also explain form 1B

    do we need to submit any form or PMDC will forward our case itself??

    You will get provisional certificates by pmdc. No need for any form as far as I know. Check if pmdc site has any form regarding this

    es, you are right I've confirmed it already from PMDC. We don't need to give any further document than we did for Eligibility letter. If any document is missing then we have to give them the relevant document.
    According to sources PMDC will start issuing provisional from coming Monday.
