Registration certificate.. pls help

    I applied through mumaris for eligibility number but my request was returned asking for registration certificate.
    I have a bachelor of biomedical science degree which is not registered by the national board, only doctors are. I want to apply for lab technician/ lab technologist. So what am i supposed to provide them? The scfhs officers never reply.
