Hi,
For obvious reasons I am going to keep this anonymous until the right time comes. I am an International Medical Graduate. I belong to Pakistan.

This email is the start of a petition against the NEB exam and how it is always somehow a very 'predictable' exam.

It is with immense grief that I have to actually write this down for at least someone to raise their voice. The NEB exam which was conducted by DOW University of Health Sciences was a sold off exam. The PMDC probably had a lot to do with this. The tout that DOW hired is a Doctor working in WHO as well as some other Hospital in Islamabad. His first name is Ajmal. All I have is his phone number as more than 45 students from my own class paid 0.7 Million Rupees (7 lac) each for a guaranteed ''pass'' in all 3 steps of the exam. Do the math. My dentist thinks PMDC is the most corrupt and the richest organization in Pakistan, I think he might be right!


An acquaintance (whose father thought it was okay to pay as Pakistan is going down the drain in any case) gave me this number. My father refused to let me take the short cut. He said I'd rather you fail forever than start your career with lies. This January 2013 it will be 2 years since I have been unemployed. Should I surrender or let the world know how indeed we are a 'dysfunctional society' - to which the Ex PM had no answer, but that is a whole new story. I want justice. I don't know as to what should be done but I have started here. If this email doesn't spread like fire, I will sit back and wait for a miracle as that is exactly what every honest person is doing these days. 'Evil flourishes when good men do nothing'' Edmond Burke - sadly, I am beginning to wonder how many good men are left?


PMDC - You all need to be brought to justice before it is too late.
